Welcoming and warm luxury self contained accommodation

William and Mary’s fully self contained accommodation is warmly furnished with welcoming soft furnishings and rich fabrics.

Full kitchen facilities are available leading into the spacious open plan dining and the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can choose whether to cater for yourself, take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes in the area and some meals are available with your hosts William and Mary Fenton.

The charge for a three course meal (which requires a day's notification) is NZ$60.00 per person (including GST) and should be discussed when you book, or on arrival. A light meal can be provided the day you arrive for around NZ$30.00 per person (including GST).

Special touches include fresh flowers and fresh fruit bowl. There are tea, coffee and cold drinks selections, provisions for a sumptuous continental self-serve breakfast, and snacks for your pre-dinner drinks.

Bedroom suites

William and Mary’s Kerikeri accommodation has two spacious and inviting luxury bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Each provides guests with total privacy, the finest facilities and, of course, magical and panoramic views of the river and golf course.

North-facing, the bedroom suites have been specially designed to maximize your enjoyment of the view. Whether you are relaxing in an armchair or on the super-king-size bed (or single if you prefer), or lazing in the sun on your private deck, the river is directly before you.

Superbly comfortable beds with quality bed linens complete the picture, with feather and down blankets and electric blankets, modern and romantic mood lighting and full air conditioning.

Our luxurious bathrooms are tiled with under floor heating. They feature separate showers and a spa bath and have large demist mirrors with lighting, heated towel rails and international shaver sockets. Thick towels, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Other features

All rooms have separate air conditioning to keep the air cool on the warm sub-tropical days while the heat pumps provide heating during the cooler months.

Television is in every room and there is broadband wireless, laptop computer facilities and a landline telephone.

A deck offers relaxation along the full length of the house and is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the ambience of the outdoors.

Other features include a large double carport, indoor/outdoor stereo sound system, a quiet room (or study) for reading, working or phoning etc, and a full laundry. We are ecologically friendly with solar water heating, and biocycle effluent system.

This will indeed be your own self contained “home away from home” on your trip to the Far North of New Zealand with a very friendly host family who lives out of sight, but only a few steps away to attend to your every need.
